A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to join a legal services firm as Business Analyst, based at Lancashire to assist in the development of a new business offering. Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will create and implement a strategic framework for the project.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with various stakeholders including industry partners, consultants, government bodies through the development and implementation of strategic research and marketing initiatives;

Develops and executes the strategic plan including undertaking market assessment, competitive assessment and strategic responses;

Understands and analyses market structure, competition, trends and potential business threats including changes in the regulatory landscape;

Interprets, analyses and summarizes key findings from research findings and provides actionable insights for the business;

Implements business plan in collaboration with other team members.

Skills and Experience

Master’s Degree (MBA preferred) with strong experience in strategy/marketing or equivalent experience;

IT skills: including fluency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

Experience of sales preferred;

Experience of managing and developing junior staff members;

Excellent project management skills required

Salary: £28000 pa, based on a 39 hours week, with hours from 9am to 5pm.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Pure Legal Solicitors to recruit a Solicitor who is also qualified to practice as an Advocate of High Court in Pakistan. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a rapidly growing and well-respected firm specialising in Immigration Law, Personal Injury Law, Commercial Law, Public Law and Criminal Law. Reporting directly to the Partners, the successful candidate will create and implement a strategic framework for the provision of legal services

Due to the rapid growth of the firm and as per the demand, Pure Legal Solicitors would like to provide advice and assistance on Sharia Family Law and Property Litigation (Pakistan) to the growing clientele. Therefore, we are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Advocate to join our team.

The successful candidate should have strong technical skills in private family law work, and be able to provide Islamic Law solutions that are compatible with English Law. The practice shall cover a wide range of land disputes, family law matters including divorce, financial arrangements, dealing with overseas matters and jurisdictional issues, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation, and law of inheritance in Pakistan.

You will be required to have in depth knowledge of handling property disputes (property litigation) in Pakistan.

You should possess the drive to succeed and be capable of handling your own files, with the necessary support from this friendly team, who focus on quality of work rather than quantity. Skills and Experience:

The Ideal candidate should be a Practicing Solicitor, holding a practicing certificate and also be an Advocate of High Court, Pakistan with experience of at least 5 years in either jurisdiction and must be fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.

IT skills: including fluency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

Experience of managing and developing junior staff members;

Experience of handling own files and liaising with clientele in the UK and Pakistan.

Salary:

The role offers a salary £30,000 pa, based on a 39 hours week, with hours from 9.00am – 5.00pm.
